Yes. After the consultation and design, you receive a detailed, itemised fixed price quote so you know exactly what's included before any work starts.

Yes. We're fully licensed and insured for residential building work in NSW, and plumbing, electrical and waterproofing are carried out by appropriately licensed trades.

All our renovation work is backed by a 10 year workmanship warranty, on top of manufacturer warranties on products and the statutory warranties that apply in NSW.

Most kitchens take 3 to 6 weeks on site and most bathrooms 3 to 5 weeks, after a few weeks of design and ordering. Read our kitchen timeline and bathroom timeline.

Yes. We prepare 3D drawings so you can see your new kitchen, bathroom or laundry and make changes before anything is ordered.

Most clients stay at home. For kitchens we help you set up a temporary kitchen, and for bathrooms we keep the time without a working shower and toilet as short as possible. If it's your only bathroom, some families stay elsewhere for part of the job.

Yes. We can supply everything or install items you've bought yourself. We'll help you choose products that suit your design and budget.

Deposits follow NSW rules for residential building work, which cap the deposit at 10 percent of the contract price. Progress payments are tied to clear stages of the work.

Absolutely. Combining a kitchen, bathroom and laundry can save time and money because trades and setup are shared. We stage the work so you always have the essentials where possible.

Call us. Our 10 year workmanship warranty means we come back and fix any workmanship issues. Product faults are handled through the manufacturer warranty, and we help you with that too.
