About Topline Kitchens & Bathrooms

A complete renovation partner for Sydney homes

Topline Kitchens & Bathrooms designs and builds kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, laundry renovations and custom joinery for homes across Sydney. We look after the whole job: design, material supply, licensed trades, installation and project management, so you deal with one team and one fixed price from start to finish.

We started Topline because renovating should feel clear and calm, not chaotic. Too many homeowners have stories about builders who disappeared for a week, quotes that kept growing or bathrooms that leaked a year later. We wanted to offer the opposite: straight answers, careful work and a team that picks up the phone.

How we work

We listen first. Every project starts with a free in-home consultation. Before we talk about finishes, we want to understand how you live, what frustrates you about the current space and what you'd love it to be.

You see it before we build it. We prepare 3D drawings so you can walk through your new kitchen, bathroom or laundry before anything is ordered. Changes on paper are free. Changes on site are not.

One fixed price. Your quote is detailed and itemised, so you know exactly what's included. No vague allowances and no surprise invoices.

Licensed trades, done properly. Plumbing, electrical and waterproofing are carried out by appropriately licensed trades and signed off. We follow the relevant Australian Standards, especially for waterproofing, because that's where shortcuts cause the most damage.

We keep you in the loop. You'll have a single point of contact and regular updates, so you always know what's happening and what's next.

We stand behind our work. Every renovation is backed by our 10 year workmanship warranty.

What we do

• Kitchen renovations in Sydney, from compact apartment kitchens to large family kitchens with butler's pantries.
• Bathroom renovations in Sydney, including main bathrooms, ensuites, powder rooms and apartment bathrooms.
• Laundry renovations in Sydney, from full laundry rooms to European laundries.
• Custom joinery in Sydney, including wardrobes, entertainment units, pantries and home offices.

Where we work

We renovate homes right across Sydney, including the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Lower North Shore, Upper North Shore, Northern Beaches, inner city, Hills District, Sutherland Shire and St George and Western Sydney.

What we believe

• Good design is practical. A beautiful kitchen still has to work on a busy weeknight.
• The hidden work matters most. Waterproofing, drainage and structure deserve the same care as the finishes.
• Honesty saves everyone time. We'll tell you where spending more makes a difference and where it doesn't.
• Respect your home. We protect your floors, keep the site tidy and treat your house like our own.
