Terms & Conditions

All sales, quotations, and installations by Topline Kitchens & Bathrooms are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to amend prices, specifications, or availability of products at any time without prior notice. Any typographical or system errors will be corrected promptly once identified.

Full payment or a deposit (where applicable) is required before processing or scheduling any order. We accept payments via secure online checkout, bank transfer, or approved in-store payment methods.

All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders will not be shipped or installed until payment is received in full and cleared.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Topline is not liable for loss or damage caused by couriers once items have been delivered in good condition.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier lead times or third-party carrier delays. We make every effort to meet scheduled delivery dates.

Products are covered under manufacturer warranties where applicable. Topline facilitates warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer response times or coverage limitations.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods upon delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for hygiene-sensitive items, made-to-order joinery, or custom projects.

Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt and include photo evidence and proof of purchase.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and service improvement.
